• Perform consultative sales of the NOA product to B2C customers within our existing base in Brazil; • Optimize filtering and prospecting to capture potential B2C leads; • Execute the complete sales cycle: prospecting, scheduling, product demonstrations, follow-up and closing; • Contribute to achieving the area’s KPIs and targets; • Map current product usage by customers to identify opportunities to improve their outcomes, focusing on loyalty and retention; • Escalate technical issues to the support team to ensure the product works properly for the customer.
• Experience with short B2C sales cycles (preferably in the technology or healthcare sector) • Practical experience applying structured sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, BANT, NEAT Selling, SNAP Selling, etc. • Experience in all stages of the sales funnel, from prospecting to closing • Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar) • Ability to conduct product demonstrations in a clear and concise manner • Organization, discipline and strong pipeline management skills • Comfort with technology, knowledge of AI and ability to present technical arguments • Results-oriented profile with high adaptability and a focus on expansion targets • Knowledge of customer retention best practices is a plus.
