• Samodzielne prowadzenie projektów operacyjnych wspierających nasze wewnętrzne struktury (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Customer Care) • Administrowanie systemem CRM - wdrażanie nowych oraz monitoring i optymalizację istniejących procesów • Ścisła współpraca z liderami zespołów : Sales, Lead Generation, Customer Success • Tworzenie analiz i przedstawienie rekomendacji biznesowych • Implementowanie globalnych projektów w strukturach lokalnych
🎯 Requirements
• Masz doświadczenie w zakresie budowania i automatyzacji procesów w CRM-ach (Salesforce/Hubspot) • Masz duże poczucie odpowiedzialności i umiesz organizować swoją pracę • Narzędzia takiej jak Excel, Jira, Slack, Zapier (bądź podobne) nie są Ci obce • Znajomość SQL oraz narzędzi do analizy i wizualizacji danych będzie dodatkową zaletą • Logiczne myślenie i przejrzysta komunikacja to Twoje mocne strony • Jesteś team playerem • Znasz angielski na poziomie min. B2
