• Support the revenue process through analysis and reporting of forecasts, actuals, trends and plans; • Review and analyze operational and renewal data; • Provide insightful variance analysis and recommendations to enable effective decision-making; • Participate in regional process improvement initiatives; • Demonstrate thought leadership around Sales, Marketing and Customer Support operations and data; • Interface with multiple internal stakeholders and partners across the organization — we are a global company, after all.
• Experience with Sales / Customer Success / Marketing • Extensive experience using HubSpot • Knowledge of analytics tools and technologies • Proficiency in English — you'll use it daily! • Experience working in agile environments. • It’s a plus if you... • Have experience at technology companies/startups (especially B2B SaaS for SMBs) • Have strong SQL skills • Have worked with Salesforce • Reside in Curitiba or Rio de Janeiro.
