âą Our primary goal is to enable data-driven decision-making by connecting information from our data warehouse (DWH) to external CRM systems âą The most important part of this position is comparing the existing data with the ones prepared and covering the aspect of metrics data quality âą Managing business stakeholders expectations and covering operational objectives from a Data Warehouse side âą Collaborating closely with stakeholders, both business and technical âą Eliminating inconsistencies in our databases and resolving process issues regarding data transferring âą Preparing the technical solution through SQL queries and DBT models to calculate business metrics sent to CRM systems âą Creating data infrastructure within CRM tools to avoid data duplication and simplify their flow âą Supporting in the implementation and maintenance of GTM tools
âą Demonstrable experience in using SQL to derive actionable insights, either in commercial or academic setting (must have) âą Experience in partnership with internal stakeholders âą Experience in leading and executing end to end projects âą Very good level of business English âą Basic level of Hubspot or Salesforce experience âą Knowledge of version control and repository management basics
