📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain backend solutions focused on scalability, reliability, and observability • Develop, optimize, and maintain public APIs for healthcare system integrations • Ensure high performance and robustness in high-traffic, mission-critical environments • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver maintainable solutions • Promote agile practices, CI/CD, and DevOps culture within the team • Contribute to code reviews, automated testing, and comprehensive documentation • Support integration partners with reliable tooling and strong developer experience • Explore and integrate emerging technologies, including AI/ML, where relevant to backend systems

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience across multiple modern programming languages • Deep expertise in designing and building highly scalable, reliable, and observable systems • Comfortable working across multiple modern programming languages (language-agnostic) • Strong fundamentals in scalability, reliability, observability, and software design • Experience designing distributed systems, async programming, and service-oriented architectures • Hands-on experience with message brokers, queues, or event-driven systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) • Solid knowledge of database design and optimization (SQL + NoSQL) • Familiarity with cloud-native practices, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes) • Strong grasp of software engineering best practices (SOLID, DRY, testing, CI/CD) • Proficiency in English (B2+) • Passionate about clean, testable, and well-documented code
