📋 Description

• Propose improvements to our software architecture in terms of frameworks and tools, and participate in their implementation. • Work on doctrine.fr, in particular the maintenance and evolution of authentication and authorization (for example, adding SSO support), including the user experience. • Propose improvements to our software architecture in terms of frameworks and tools, and participate in their implementation. With the goal of deploying Doctrine internationally. • To make teams autonomous, work on automating application deployments at Doctrine. • Migrate part of the application to the new NestJS API. • Help the various product teams improve their productivity by working on developer experience. • Participate in the squad on-call rota to ensure doctrine.fr availability. • Perform code reviews and write tests to maintain quality at our standards. • Instrument your code so it can be monitored in production. • Contribute to infrastructure-as-code using Terraform. • Be responsible for setting up and maintaining information systems and information management systems. • Write technical documentation. • Participate in internal dissemination and consolidation of our best practices; contribute to the development of our Engineering strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience as a Fullstack engineer building frontends and APIs, potentially with different seniority levels across backend and frontend. • Strong knowledge of Node.js, TypeScript, React/Redux/SWR or another front-end framework, as well as NestJS or another server-side framework. • Interest in infrastructure-as-code. • Strong knowledge of SQL. • Interest in code quality and development best practices (testing, CI/CD...). • Familiarity with agile processes and a product-oriented mindset. • Commitment to building the best possible user experience. • Ambition to deliver applications with high reliability and high availability. • A collaborative mindset and a willingness to share feedback to help colleagues grow.
