📋 Description

• Provide safety engineering support for an area (e.g., Production / Research & Development) • Proactively develop safety practices and promote a corresponding safety culture • Advise and support technical staff and management on all relevant HSE topics • Continuously ensure and develop standards, KPIs and guidelines • Conduct training and risk assessments in coordination with the responsible area • External communication with authorities, statutory accident insurance institutions (Berufsgenossenschaften) and external contractors

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, or qualification as a technician, master craftsman, or an equivalent qualification • Completed training as an Occupational Safety Specialist is mandatory • Several years of experience in HSE, ideally in a manufacturing company • Structured working style combined with a strong hands-on mentality and high resilience • Strong communication skills
