• Raise Dohop’s profile across the Middle East and India, building a network of key regional stakeholders • Develop and own the region’s growth strategy, providing insights and recommendations that support commercial goals • Manage the sales pipeline, focusing on closing high-value deals and driving sustainable growth • Nurture and optimise existing airline partnerships, establishing Dohop as a trusted advisor • Lead commercial initiatives with internal teams to strengthen strategic partnership models • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to secure buy-in and ensure partnership opportunities are prioritized • Monitor and analyse commercial performance to identify growth opportunities • Collaborate with Product & Technology teams to support roadmap delivery • Drive best practices and knowledge sharing across the partnerships team • Support partnership efforts across EMEA and other regions as needed
• Experience selling to airlines, understanding their buying processes and multi-stakeholder dynamics • Established network of airline contacts in the Middle East and India and deep regional knowledge • Ability to influence senior decision-makers and build long-term relationships • Strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable commercial decisions • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Results-oriented mindset, able to deliver independently and as part of a team • Comfortable managing own time remotely and travelling internationally at short notice • University degree or relevant certifications preferred • Fluent in English, spoken and written.
