• Develop and lead AMPP’s global strategic marketing and sales plan to support organizational growth, revenue objectives, and PPS priorities • Uplevel AMPP’s brand identity, voice, and messaging architecture across all channels and audiences • Ensure cohesive and consistent brand representation globally • Identify new market opportunities and execute strategies to expand reach, engagement, and sales in international markets • Build and oversee marketing and sales strategies for product launches, events, membership, and industry initiatives • Connect the dots to ensure all marketing and sales activities correlate to business strategies and outcomes • Develop and implement a comprehensive global marketing strategy in partnership with the Chief Growth Officer and vertical leaders to drive revenue growth across all international markets • Monitor global revenue targets, KPIs, and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives • Design and execute integrated demand generation campaigns that drive measurable revenue impact • Lead digital marketing initiatives including automation, SEO/SEM, social media, and digital advertising • Establish analytics frameworks to track campaign and sales performance and ROI
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred • Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience • Demonstrated success leading multi-disciplinary teams • Experience managing vendors, agencies, and external partners
• Domestic and international travel required 20-30% of time • A valid passport is required
