📋 Description
• Organization and processing of administrative tasks • Processing and maintenance of personnel and payroll records • Point of contact for residents, relatives and external partners • Support for the facility management in day-to-day operations
🎯 Requirements
• Completed commercial/vocational training, ideally in the healthcare sector • Professional experience in the administration of a care facility desirable • Very good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook • Experience with accounting, billing and other application software • Independent, analytical and structured way of working • Empathy and strong communication skills
