📋 Description

• Support the elicitation and documentation of basic requirements for the implementation of new projects and maintenance efforts, participating in meetings with requesters and other stakeholders • Contribute to the data modeling process by gathering necessary information and defining storage repositories • Assist in defining the architecture and solution proposals for low- and medium-complexity projects • Analyze, detail, and specify programs and solution components • Participate in testing and user acceptance activities, supporting unit, load, integration, and user acceptance tests • Take part in deployment processes, including risk analysis, contingency and rollback plans, activities, responsibilities, and schedule • Support the identification and resolution of workarounds and permanent fixes for problems, incidents, and occurrences • Propose improvements and fixes to ensure system availability, performance, and reliability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields • Knowledge of systems analysis • Knowledge of data modeling • Knowledge of agile methodologies • Previous experience in developing IT solutions and projects • Knowledge of C# and/or COBOL is a plus • Basic English is a plus
