📋 Description

• Gather and analyze requirements with business teams, proposing appropriate technology solutions • Develop, enhance, and support Drupal-based web solutions, including the Bank’s corporate website and intranet • Participate in the architecture, specification, development, integration, and user acceptance testing of solutions • Identify and resolve issues, ensuring system security, stability, and performance • Partner with Marketing, Communications, and other teams, translating business needs into technology solutions • Propose continuous improvements and stay current with new tools, methodologies, and technologies • Contribute to cloud and DevOps practices and the evolution of application architecture • Serve as the internal technical reference for Drupal, working with autonomy and a strong sense of ownership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field • 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Developer, or in similar roles • Solid experience with Drupal development (required) • Knowledge of systems architecture, distributed systems, and Software Engineering • Experience with requirements analysis and web systems development • Knowledge of SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL and object-oriented programming • Knowledge of cloud computing, particularly GCP, and DevOps practices • Strong communication skills, autonomy, proactivity, and the ability to provide consultative support to business teams • Experience working with Drupal in large-scale environments • Experience with integrations, cloud computing, and DevOps • Experience migrating or modernizing web systems • Technical leadership profile, with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement
