📋 Description

• Plan, execute, and oversee projects, ensuring on-time delivery. • Control the budget and ensure expected quality. • Align the team with business objectives. • Manage risks and facilitate collaboration between technical areas and clients. • Coordinate technical and cross-functional teams. • Ensure application of agile or traditional methodologies according to project type. • Identify and mitigate risks, removing obstacles that impede progress. • Oversee compliance with quality, security, and regulatory standards. • Optimize the use of resources, schedules, and costs to ensure profitability. • Report progress, KPIs, and key metrics to management and clients.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading technology projects in corporate environments. • Implementation of technology solutions. • 5+ years in software development. • Project management: agile and traditional methodologies (PMI). • Tools: JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project, or similar. • Experience working with AI tools. • Cloud environments: AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field. • Project management certifications (PMI). • Intermediate to advanced English (desirable).
