📋 Description

• Develop and maintain data pipelines on cloud big data platforms for all areas of the company • Gather business requirements and implement technical solutions on Azure and Databricks • Support data governance and data quality • Develop and sustain data engineering pipelines on Azure and Databricks platforms • Capture and analyze business requirements across different areas of the organization, proposing technical data solutions • Execute tests and validations on pipelines and data systems in medium- and high-complexity projects • Monitor the performance of cloud big data systems, identifying optimization opportunities • Support the implementation of data quality, security, privacy and governance practices • Participate in migration projects and the implementation of corporate data solutions • Prepare and maintain technical documentation for pipelines, processes and data solutions • Troubleshoot and support the resolution of technical issues in data systems • Mentor and support less experienced professionals and other teams on data engineering topics • Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders to present solutions, clarify technical requirements and track data projects

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in the field • Practical experience with ETL/ELT tools and data pipelines • Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure • Experience with SQL and Python • Proficiency in SQL, Python and PySpark • Microsoft Azure platforms (Data Factory, Databricks, Data Lake) • Development and maintenance of data pipelines • Relational and NoSQL databases • Fundamentals of big data and distributed processing • Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) • Version control (Git) • Data governance concepts and LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) • Business requirements gathering and analysis • Technical documentation • Clear and concise communication • Teamwork and collaboration • Results and quality orientation • Adaptability and continuous learning • Organization and time management
