📋 Description

• Configure and administer the SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking module. • Implement working time rules, time banks, shift schedules and time entries. • Gather requirements and conduct workshops with HR and operations teams. • Support integrations with Employee Central and payroll systems. • Participate in implementation, rollout and improvement projects. • Ensure compliance of time and attendance control processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking or Time Management. • Experience in implementing and supporting the module. • Knowledge of working time rules, time banks and labor legislation. • SAP SuccessFactors Time Management/Time Tracking certification. • Plus: Experience in multinational environments. • Knowledge of SAP CPI/BTP. • Experience with payroll integrations.
