• Provide ongoing support, configuration, and enhancement of the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module. • Gather requirements from HR and business stakeholders. • Configure organizational structures, job roles, positions, workflows, and business rules. • Participate in implementation projects, rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Perform integrations with other SAP SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems. • Support testing, user acceptance, and training for key users. • Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and solution governance.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. • Experience in implementation and support projects. • Knowledge of Business Rules, MDF objects, and Workflows. • Experience with integrations between SAP modules. • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification. • Experience in international projects (a plus). • Knowledge of SAP CPI/BTP (a plus). • Experience with Agile methodologies (a plus).
