📋 Description

• Design AI test orchestration workflows • Develop and use AI harnesses • Validate AI-generated quality architectures at the portfolio level • Design, write, and maintain automated tests across the stack • Design and deliver quality assurance for distributed systems or enterprise-scale applications • Perform non-functional testing for performance, security, accessibility, and reliability • Design AI-augmented Agile quality workflows • Create AI quality governance frameworks • Create testing frameworks and quality gates for AI-generated code • Serve as the quality engineering lead for a solutions team • Provide technical leadership and strategic influence in quality engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to design AI test orchestration workflows and AI harnesses, and validate AI-generated quality architectures at the portfolio level • Deep knowledge of AI test orchestration platforms, multi-agent test system architecture, test context engineering, AI harnesses, and the capabilities and limitations of AI-driven testing • Deep and extensive commercial experience in quality engineering, with a proven track record of technical leadership and strategic influence • Strong knowledge of test architecture patterns and a systemic view of quality at the portfolio level • Hands-on experience designing, writing, and maintaining automated tests across the stack • Experience designing and delivering quality assurance for distributed systems or enterprise-scale applications • Experience with enterprise-scale non-functional testing, including performance, security, accessibility, and reliability • Experience designing AI-augmented Agile quality workflows and AI quality governance frameworks • Experience with at least one modern backend language, such as Java, Python, or TypeScript/Node.js • Experience with a cloud platform, such as AWS • Experience with CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins or Bitbucket Pipelines • Experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker or Kubernetes • Broad knowledge across the stack • Practical knowledge of AI coding/testing assistants, AI code review tools, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks • Experience creating testing frameworks and quality gates for AI-generated code at the portfolio level • Experience serving as the quality engineering lead for a solutions team • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Computer Science, Mathematics, Chemistry, or a related field • Exceptional commercial experience leading quality engineering at the system or portfolio level may substitute for the degree requirement • Professional software testing certification, such as ISTQB Advanced or Expert, is preferred • Experience testing software products in a scientific domain is preferred • Experience with performance management and people management in a matrixed environment is preferred
