📋 Description

• Elicit, analyze and detail functional and technical requirements focused on data • Lead workshops with stakeholders to map processes, business rules and KPIs • Prepare functional and technical specifications and translate requirements for data engineering teams • Define transformation rules, acceptance criteria, Source-to-Target mappings and ensure data lineage • Support the design and construction of analytical architectures and dimensional models • Participate in the definition and standardization of strategic KPIs • Ensure alignment between business, engineering and analytics teams • Work on the modernization and structuring of data environments • Support data validation and testing using SQL • Work in agile squads, contributing to continuous and sustainable deliveries

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in data-focused requirements engineering • Experience preparing functional and technical specifications • Experience defining business rules and acceptance criteria • Experience creating Source-to-Target mappings • Experience defining transformation rules (ETL) • Experience documenting and maintaining data lineage • Experience mapping processes using BPMN, SIPOC or UML • Knowledge of data modeling and Data Warehousing (Kimball, Inmon, Star Schema, Snowflake) • Experience with data tools and platforms such as Databricks, Power BI or similar • Proficient in SQL for data analysis and validation • Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, DevOps)
