📋 Description

• Enhance the user experience of Visualitics products • Make complex interfaces simpler, more intuitive, scalable, and focused on generating value for users and the business • Work collaboratively with Product, Technology, and stakeholders • Understand the business context and act as a strategic Product partner • Engage with users, validate hypotheses, and conduct research • Design responsive experiences • Measure results through testing and analytics • Actively contribute to the evolution of Visualitics products

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with B2B digital products, SaaS platforms, and data-driven solutions • Experience in startups or technology companies undergoing rapid growth (priority requirement) • Strong focus on User Interface (UI) design • Experience creating mobile-first and responsive products • Ability to conduct user interviews, discovery workshops, and qualitative research • Knowledge of product metrics and user behavior • Ability to transform complex problems into simple, intuitive experiences • Experience building and evolving Design Systems • Knowledge of Figma, UX Research, Prototyping, Product Design, Usability, Analytics, Information Architecture, and Usability Testing • Knowledge of responsive design for Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile • Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams • Strong communication skills with technical, product, and leadership teams
