📋 Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue goals • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers • Actively prospect for new business opportunities and manage accounts • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations • Prepare detailed proposals and quotations • Gather and analyze market data and customer feedback • Collaborate with internal teams on lead generation and product development • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system • Provide first-level technical support to customers • Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience • Proven experience in technical sales • Deep understanding of Donaldson’s products • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, resellers/MROs, distributors, and large end-users • Proficiency in managing the sales process from lead generation to closing • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent organizational skills • Knowledge of market trends and industry developments • Proficient in utilizing CRM systems, sales software, and Microsoft Office Suite • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
