• Establish and implement a successful territory business strategy to achieve sales and profit goals. • Promotes and sells services directly to current and new end customers. • Provide post-sale customer support to ensure expectations were met. • Build and advance current customer relationships and provide product training to maximize sales. • Build and advance current Donaldson dealer/contractor network partnerships to expand outside service support to drive sales. • Creates, monitors and revises lead generation plans to generate a substantive sales opportunity pipeline. • Collaborate with Industrial Donaldson sales teams and corporate initiatives to capitalize on opportunities. • Utilize all CRM and approved sales tools. • TRAVEL: Up to 70%
• Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of industrial sales experience • 3+ years of direct sales experience • Industrial sales experience • Prior experience with service sales • Prior experience with Industrial Dust, Fume & Mist Solutions • Technical aptitude, general mechanical • Strong organization and planning • Strong with CRM and MS Office • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
