• Manage a portfolio of clients, monitoring their journey and ensuring a close, consultative relationship; • Conduct periodic meetings, supporting clients in using the platform and improving their processes; • Clarify questions related to accounting routines, tax matters, integrations and other solution features; • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, tracking requests until resolution; • Monitor portfolio health, identifying risks, improvement opportunities and possibilities to expand the relationship; • Participate in building processes, playbooks, support materials and the team's knowledge base; • Contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience and the evolution of the operation.
• Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related fields; • Experience in accounting, accounting BPO or financial areas; • Knowledge of accounting routines and statutory reporting obligations; • Interest or experience in B2B customer relationship management; • Comfortable with technology and using systems; • Good communication, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously.
