📋 Description

• Support S&OP processes, ensuring governance of processes and analyses that contribute to business results. • Estimate Sell-In and Sell-Out volumes at Category, SKU, Channel, and Cycle levels through quantitative analyses, considering historical data, qualitative inputs, and the brand's strategic and tactical actions. • Consolidate data and transform it into actionable information to build analyses with a critical, analytical perspective. • Monitor area KPIs that impact the business and recommend process improvements based on quantitative analysis. • Conduct post-mortem analyses for the brands under your responsibility at the end of each cycle. • Contribute to developing the demand planning process so that you and your peers work from the same assumptions and ensure alignment with partner teams. • Maintain key interfaces with Supply, Marketing Category, RGM, and Channels teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree. • Experience in Demand Planning and working with complex data analyses and high SKU volumes. • Knowledge of Power Query, Power Pivot, and Google tools. • Analytical, autonomous, and resilient profile with excellent communication skills to build, adapt, and advocate scenarios collaboratively across different areas while maintaining agility and a results focus. • Experience with data extraction/querying/structuring from databases (SQL/GCP) — a plus. • Experience building and automating dashboards (Google Sheets/Tableau/Looker Studio) — a plus.
