📋 Description

• Explore and prototype product ideas to identify the right solutions • Carry features through to the production front-end • Help determine which problems and features are worth building • Talk to users, pressure-test problems, and shape scope with the product squad • Build supervisory interfaces for an agent-native platform, including triage queues, confidence and citation patterns, and dashboard-replacing briefings • Use AI throughout research, design, prototyping, building, and testing while applying judgment to its output • Own performance, accessibility, cross-device behaviour, and responsive interface quality • Work in a product squad alongside software engineers responsible for underlying systems

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing and shipping front-end products to production • Experience owning product problems, making decisions about the experience, and shipping independently • Strong design judgment and taste • Product instinct, including the ability to cut scope and validate with real users • Fluency in a modern web codebase and AI tooling across research, design, prototyping, building, and testing • Understanding of AI failure modes and ability to evaluate AI-generated output • Ability to design data-rich, high-stakes interfaces for demanding professionals • Ability to converse credibly with seasoned insurance experts • Ability to handle performance, accessibility, cross-device behaviour, and responsive interfaces • Strong candidates may come from design, engineering, or related backgrounds • Experienced-level candidate • Willingness or ability to work as a contractor
