⢠Own and evolve monthly TA capacity planning ⢠Build and maintain 24-month forecasts, scenario models, and sensitivity analyses ⢠Produce leadership-ready readouts for Director+ stakeholders ⢠Align on inputs and definitions with Finance ⢠Diagnose recruiting funnel and production performance ⢠Embed quality into planning ⢠Drive operational strategy improvements ⢠Use modern analytics workflows
đŻ Requirements
⢠5+ years of experience in analytics, planning, strategy, or an operations-focused role ⢠Expert modeler in spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) ⢠Ability to build dashboards in modern BI tools (Sigma or similar) ⢠Experience using AI tools to improve analytical workflows ⢠Ability to translate complexity into clarity ⢠Influence without authority and build trust with senior leaders ⢠Comfortable operating in ambiguity and iterating as plans change ⢠BA/BS or equivalent experience in a quantitative or math-forward discipline
