📋 Description
• Act as a key contributor in the merger of three international company job architectures • Join the team responsible for designing job architecture and building out global ranges • Develop and run compensation cycles focused on tooling and automation • Communicate total pay programs, including base salary and equity • Use analytical skills to drive data-led design of compensation programs • Partner with HR Business Partners, recruiters, and Finance on global compensation matters
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of compensation experience in either a consulting or in-house role • Background in global compensation • Experience with the design and maintenance of job architectures and pay models • Strong data analysis skills • Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance, or another STEM discipline • Experience with Workday and program management (preferred)
