📋 Description

• Empower sales teams to be more efficient and effective • Deliver onboarding programs for sales reps • Build upon current onboarding programming for continuous learning • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for SDRs and AEs • Track engagement and performance indicators to assess training impact • Maintain communication with SMB Pre-Sales leadership and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in sales enablement, L&D, Pre-Sales/Sales Ops, SDR coaching, or another GTM function • Strong training execution and facilitation skills • Ability to simplify complex product concepts • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills • Data-driven mindset • High ownership and reliability • Proactive communication skills • Empathy and curiosity towards seller experiences
