📋 Description

• Delivering service training courses both in person and via webinar • Leading training sessions end to end, with support from back-office teams • Preparing new technical training content for new product development launches • Updating existing training materials to reflect current production and product changes • Designing new e-learning content for the Bobcat learning platform • Recommending and exploring modern training methods, tools, and formats • Creating tests and assessments to measure training effectiveness • Ensuring high participant satisfaction and continuous improvement in training quality • Working closely with subject matter experts, engineers, and aftermarket teams • Representing the Bobcat brand in a professional, collaborative, and positive way

🎯 Requirements

• A technical background in mechanics, engineering, or a related field • Strong knowledge of hydraulics and electrics/electronics • Experience with earthmoving or compact construction equipment is a strong advantage • Excellent training, presentation, and communication skills • Fluent in German and English; additional European languages are a plus • Well organized, analytical, and able to follow up effectively • A confident, open-minded, and collaborative personality • Willingness to travel extensively, mainly within Germany and to our HQ in the Czech Republic, up to 50% of the time • A commercial mindset is a plus
