📋 Description

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand market share in the designated regions • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors and hospital administrators • Conduct product demonstrations and clinical presentations in operating rooms to highlight Dornier MedTech’s technologies • Provide training and support to medical staff on the effective use of Dornier MedTech products • Address and resolve technical issues during demonstrations to ensure customer satisfaction • Oversee and monitor sales activities to ensure alignment with company objectives and targets • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies tailored to the regions • Collect and relay customer feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies during sales activities • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and relevant documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field • 3-5 years of experience in medical device sales, specifically with a proven track record in consumable medical products • Hands-on experience performing product demonstrations in operating rooms and engaging with medical professionals • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proven ability to collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams • Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Fluent in Spanish and Catalan, with strong presentation and negotiation skills • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
