📋 Description

• Understand and effectively communicate Scibids AI value proposition, technology, processes, partnerships as relate to business growth • Become an expert in Scibids AI product philosophy, product capability and be able to work with the internal teams across the world to bring the AI technology to bear for our customers • Ensure seamless Onboarding of new customers • Manage client campaigns, by setting up the AI to optimize towards the goals • Advising clients and traders to setup scientific A/B tests to evaluate the impact of Scibids AI • Lead Pilot review sessions, building the performance case using data, and proving the ROI of Scibids with a presentation to all needed stakeholders • Partner with the client’s trading teams to deliver ROI positive results • Strategize with your sales lead to grow and develop existing client business and win net new business • Problem solving working with the wider Scibids team to get answers to potential issues • First class customer service - we strive to have an approach that is forward thinking and opportunistic, given that we love to build strong working relationships with our clients and the foundations of this come from the service

🎯 Requirements

• Must be comfortable communicating internally and externally in English, with excellent written language • Strong experience in DSP campaign management and tracking technologies • Knowledge of Meta Ads will be a welcome addition • Excellent understanding of how/what campaign buying and planning entails • Must show accountability/ownership through every stage of the client relationship • Highly diligent, numerical and not afraid to wade into the numbers in order to make the data tell a story • Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • A can-do attitude to provide energy, drive and enthusiasm • Bachelors degree at a minimum & advanced mathematics studies or a maths major will be an asset • 2 - 4+ years’ experience in campaign management, in programmatic trading, Analytics or customer success/account manager team in the programmatic space • Experience in at least 2 of the following DSP’s DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr • As a remote role, a self-sufficient and autonomous mindset is key
