📋 Description

• Bridge business needs and technical delivery • Work closely with Project Managers, clients, and cross-functional teams • Lead requirements gathering • Translate business needs into technical specifications • Develop Scope of Work documents outlining deliverables, timelines, and pricing • Support scope changes • Strengthen stakeholder relationships • Ensure smooth project handovers • Coordinate project activities, timelines, milestones, and deliverables • Support Project Managers in managing client relationships and communications • Schedule and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes • Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders • Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating concerns when necessary • Maintain project documentation, reports, and client records • Collaborate with Sales and Technical teams • Assist with budget tracking, invoicing, and resource allocation • Address client requests and inquiries promptly and professionally • Support process improvements to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, account management, client services, or a related role • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously • Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Microsoft Project is an asset • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities • Customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship-building skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Experience supporting client-facing projects and working with cross-functional teams • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
