📋 Description

• Configure and implement document processing applications, API integrations, and statement composition solutions • Translate client business requirements into reliable, scalable solutions • Process and transform client data files in formats including XML, Excel, ANSI/ASCII, and Postscript/print image • Design, build, and maintain document templates and workflows for print/mail and electronic presentment using Quadient Inspire and/or Exstream • Develop scripts and programs to validate data, automate processing steps, and support operational workflows • Program, test, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve data processing and workflow issues • Collaborate with Project Managers, Customer Service, developers, clients, and cross-functional teams to onboard customers • Review existing workflows and templates and contribute to composition convergence and standardization • Support live deployments and production acceptance • Follow implementation, testing, and deployment guidelines • Maintain internal documentation for issues, resolutions, usage, and training • Provide application support and basic end-user training • Report to the Manager, Implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field • 6 years of experience in software implementation, applications configuration, technical support, or document composition • Print-and-mail / variable data programming experience • Database experience with SQL Server, stored procedures/functions, and general database familiarity • Working knowledge of Unix command line and/or shell scripting • Windows PowerShell experience • Familiarity with system integration concepts and API configurations • Omni-channel output design experience • Proficiency in HTML/XHTML, XML/XSL, CSS, and one of Java, C#, .NET, or batch processing • Understanding of relational data modeling and SQL proficiency in MS SQL Server or another DBMS • Proficient knowledge and experience with MS Office, Quadient, Exstream, Responsive HTML Email Development, XSLT code development, C#, Litmus testing, and Adobe Creative Suite software • Ability to manage competing priorities, meet project deadlines, and proactively flag risks or issues • Clear communication and collaboration skills, including explaining technical concepts to nontechnical users • Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment • Role requires prolonged sitting and extensive computer use • Ability to travel up to 10%
