📋 Description

• Collaborate with product managers, data analysts, and machine learning engineers to develop pipelines and ETL tasks. • Establish data architecture processes and practices that can be scheduled, automated, and replicated. • Participate in execution and planning of data team strategy. • Collaborate with Doximity’s Data Leadership team to ensure alignment across the organization. • Manage individual Data Engineers to foster learning and growth.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of industry experience as a data engineer or similar role. • Experienced in creating automated testing, applying design patterns, and other engineering best practices. • Expert in Python and fluent in SQL. • Experience managing 3 or more people. • Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts. • Ability to contribute individually while managing others. • Experience in leading projects from idea generation to delivery. • Knowledge of ML/AI applications deployment and monitoring.
