📋 Description

• Responsible for the introduction, market success, growth and profitability in the "Defence & Security" segment • Manage the interface between the global organization and the countries/regions • Work on strategic topics as well as the marketing mix for the product family • Ensure knowledge transfer and provide target-group-specific expertise • Compile, initiate and implement measures to improve growth and profitability

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed university degree (e.g., business administration, industrial engineering) • Several years of professional experience in an international environment (marketing, sales) • Experience in the military defence industry is an advantage • Conceptual, strategic and analytical skills • Strong communication skills, assertiveness and proactivity • Ability to work with complexity • Business-fluent English • If assigned to Lübeck, German language skills or willingness to learn German are required
