📋 Description

• Support the sales engineers and ensure proper commercial processing • Record and track quotations within the FGDS portfolio • Perform commercial checks and product-related preliminary review of orders • Enter and invoice orders and monitor incoming payments • Maintain customer master data and pricing agreement information and keep accompanying order documentation • Coordinate delivery dates with customers • Provide telephone advice to customers on commercial queries and coordinate responses to their questions

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training • Experience in sales administration, service, or contract management • Good technical aptitude • Confident use of MS Office and CRM applications, and strong IT and SAP skills • Good command of English
