📋 Description
• Support the sales engineers and ensure proper commercial processing • Record and track quotes within the FGDS portfolio • Perform commercial checks and product-related pre-screening of orders • Enter and invoice orders and monitor incoming payments • Maintain customer master data and pricing agreement information, and manage order-related documentation • Coordinate delivery appointments with customers • Provide telephone support to customers on commercial enquiries and coordinate responses to their questions
🎯 Requirements
• Completed commercial vocational training • Experience in sales administration, service, or contract management • Good technical aptitude • Confident user of MS Office and CRM applications, with strong IT skills and good knowledge of SAP • Good command of English
