📋 Description

• Manage the SAP license inventory, including ensuring proper measurement, assignment of licenses, and orchestrating license top-up/purchase activities • Advise SAP-using IT teams/products, particularly on choosing the right licensing, optimizing license costs and inventory, and defining requirements for new SAP contracts • Support the Service Manager in planning, administering and allocating SAP maintenance fees to the responsible cost centers • Operate and further develop the Software Asset Management (SAM) tool, and automate workflows and reports to improve efficiency • Advise internal customers on Software Asset Management and support license inventories and audits • Analyze license usage and identify cost-saving and optimization opportunities across various IT applications

🎯 Requirements

• University degree, a 2-year technical college qualification, or an equivalent qualification obtained by other means • Practical experience with measurement using LAW (License Administration Workbench), SAP license metrics and contractual conditions • Solid knowledge of Software Asset Management (SAM) processes, ideally with experience implementing, operating and enhancing SAM tools • Ability to analyze license usage and identify potential cost savings • Experience automating workflows and reports, e.g., with Power Automate, scripting or comparable tools • Strong analytical skills combined with a conscientious and results-oriented work style • A collaborative team player who is enthusiastic about new trends and ideas
