📋 Description

• Responsibility for the support and further development of our SAP systems • Analyze and optimize existing SAP applications to ensure smooth operations • Support business departments in implementing new processes and functions • Perform error analysis and remediation, and document the solutions • Coordinate and collaborate with external service providers and internal teams • Administration of users and authorizations, on-premises as well as in the cloud • Take on partial tasks in license management • Plan and conduct training for end users and key users

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience in SAP application support • Good knowledge of at least one SAP module (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, HCM) • Experience in project work and working with agile methods • Strong communication skills and team spirit • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
