📋 Description

• Manage the SAP license inventory, including ensuring correct measurement, license allocation, and coordinating license acquisition activities • Advise SAP-using IT teams/products—especially on selecting the right licensing, optimizing license costs and inventory, and defining requirements for new SAP contracts • Support the Service Manager in planning, administering, and allocating SAP maintenance fees to the appropriate cost centers • Operate and further develop the Software Asset Management (SAM) tool, and automate workflows and reports to increase efficiency • Advise internal customers on Software Asset Management and assist with license inventories and audits • Analyze license usage and identify cost-saving and optimization opportunities across various IT applications

🎯 Requirements

• University degree, or a 2-year technical college qualification, or equivalent professional experience • Practical experience with measurement using LAW, SAP licensing metrics, and contractual terms • Solid knowledge of Software Asset Management processes, ideally with experience implementing, operating, and enhancing SAM tools • Ability to analyze license usage and identify cost-saving opportunities • Experience automating workflows and reports, e.g., with Power Automate, scripting, or similar tools • Strong analytical skills combined with a conscientious, results-oriented work style • Team player who collaborates on equal footing and is enthusiastic about new trends and ideas
