âą 8+ years of deep compensation experience âą Experience at a publicly traded company is preferred âą Technical knowledge of compensation design âą Experience with compensation programs such as merit and annual equity awards âą Using Radford data for benchmarking âą Deep understanding of all forms of standard equity offerings âą Experience with the Workday compensation planning tool âą Ability to translate business goals into analytics/data-based solutions âą Outstanding interpersonal, problem-solving, leadership, and project management skills âą Experience with M&A and international compensation programs âą Expertise in developing compensation-related reporting âą Advanced skills in building and manipulating spreadsheets (Google Sheets and/or MS Excel) âą Strong verbal and written communication, especially at a company-wide level.
