âą Lead the day-to-day operations of the DraftKings Exchange âą Drive real-time operational and technical support âą Manage customer and partner operational relationships âą Partner with Engineering, Product, Regulatory, and Analytics teams âą Guide the development and enhancement of operational tools âą Analyze operational and market data for improvements âą Develop expertise in prediction markets and emerging trends

âą At least 5 years of experience in market operations, exchange operations, or similar âą Deep knowledge of exchange and market structure concepts âą Proven experience leading operational initiatives âą Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills âą Experience using data to evaluate operational performance âą A passion for prediction markets and financial markets
