âą At least 5 years of product management experience, ideally in consumer-facing platforms âą Experience designing customer journeys that balance usability, personalization, and revenue impact âą Strong technical fluency and comfort working with engineering and data teams on architecture and tooling âą A data-driven mindset with experience running A/B tests and interpreting results to drive decisions âą Strategic thinking and executional rigor, with the ability to prioritize and pivot in fast-paced environments âą Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to influence across functions and levels âą Ability to thrive in ambiguity, quickly structuring problems and driving toward solutions âą A passion for customer experience and a relentless focus on quality and value.
