• Lead data and reporting foundations / readiness, and AI-based solutions • Implement the product analytics framework; own tagging and data collection requirements • Partner with the PM team to drive the identification, discovery, delivery and testing of new AI-based solutions • Drive prioritization, triage, and remediation workflows for data quality issues • Own requirements and execution for pre-launch claims ingestion and automation workflows • Own and prioritize invoicing enhancements and defects • Own product requirements, data modeling, field mapping, and integration workflows across Platform
• 7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on data-centric or AI-driven products. • Experience in health-tech, pharmacy benefits, or healthcare data environments strongly preferred. • Proven success launching products that leverage data science, ML, or advanced reporting and analytics. • Strong technical fluency and experience collaborating closely with engineers and data analysts. • Experience with complex systems, integrations, and healthcare datasets. • Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to clearly translate between business and technical audiences. • Thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments with a strong sense of ownership. • Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field. Advanced degree a plus.
