📋 Description

• Ensure the highest quality standards across multiple projects • Lead testing efforts and shape quality processes across Mobile Native and Web teams • Create and execute test plans • Automate test cases • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues • Test complex customer self-service and back-office applications • Support solution customization and rollout for new platform clients • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities • Identify and communicate quality-related risks among project stakeholders • Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to improve requirements quality • Write testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and checklists • Report and track the life cycle of discovered bugs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science • At least 2 years of experience testing native iOS and Android apps, responsive web applications, and RESTful APIs • Strong end-to-end testing experience across web and native applications, covering critical user journeys and cross-platform integrations • Hands-on experience with mobile dev and debugging tools like Xcode, Android Studio, TestFlight, Charles Proxy, and Firebase • Skilled in designing test cases and risk-based testing, with experience designing test coverage for complex user journeys • Hands-on experience with Jira, test management tools, mobile testing tools, API debugging, and Browser DevTools • Deep understanding of agile QA practices and sprint-based development, with the ability to prioritize and adapt in fast-moving environments • May be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment
