📋 Description

• Analyze landing page performance and identify particularly successful pages and products • Evaluate conversion rates across products and storefronts and investigate user drop-off • Analyze the sources of high-converting and returning users • Evaluate marketing campaigns and ads across all products, including last-click analysis • Show Marketing what is and is not working • Set up analyses for new campaigns • Build and maintain growth dashboards, for example in PostHog • Support Marketing in using self-service dashboards • Respond to ad hoc requests from Product and Marketing • Support Product Managers with operational analysis tasks • Check data for plausibility and report anomalies • Report directly to the Head of Data and work closely with Product, Marketing, and the Data team

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience in growth, product, or marketing analytics • Independently created analyses or dashboards using Google Analytics (GA4), PostHog, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or comparable tools • Approximately two years of professional experience as a Growth, Product, Marketing, or Data Analyst • Confident working with conversion rate, ROAS, last-click attribution, and campaign and product metrics • Experience building dashboards that others use in their day-to-day work • Ability to work independently with incompletely documented data and identify data issues • Ability to prioritize requests quickly and explain findings clearly • Basic technical understanding and openness to AI-assisted ways of working • No programming skills required • Native-level German or at least C1 proficiency • Good command of English or at least B2 proficiency • Must be able to work permanently from Germany • Required work authorization for Germany at the start date • SQL or Python skills, A/B testing, Google Tag Manager, and experience in a startup, e-commerce, or digital health environment are advantageous • A degree with a focus on business, economics, or a quantitative discipline is a strong plus
