📋 Description

• Support web and mobile products by designing defined parts of user journeys across multiple platforms • Work with the team lead to ensure consistency and quality • Create mobile-first UX solutions aligned with iOS and Android guidelines • Use AI tools to prototype ideas, explore interaction patterns, and support early concept validation • Draft and refine UX writing and microcopy in German and English • Prepare research documentation, including IDIs, usability test reports, structured insights, and links between findings and product decisions • Collaborate with UI designers, developers, QA, product managers, and researchers • Participate in reviews and translate user feedback into improved experiences • Maintain clean, structured Figma files and correctly use components • Prepare clear, developer-friendly specifications based on the Design System

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in UX/UI, Product Design, or a related field; internships and strong portfolio projects count • Foundational experience with responsive and mobile-first design • Basic understanding of iOS and Android UX patterns • Good working knowledge of Figma, including components, auto layout, prototyping, collaboration features, and design systems • Interest in AI tools and willingness to integrate them into daily workflow • Ability to structure information clearly for UX writing and research documentation • Strong collaboration skills • Openness to feedback • Good self-organization and reliability • Curiosity and continuous improvement mindset • Fluent German and English • Ideally, first experience working within a design system
