📋 Description
• Assist in developing project plans and schedules • Ensure compliance with internal processes for pricing, budgeting, and approvals • Coordinate project meetings and prepare agendas and minutes • Track project progress and report on key metrics • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and team members • Support the commercial team in managing client inquiries, proposals, and contracts • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation for client meetings • Coordinate with regional account managers to ensure timely delivery of proposals and agreements • Act as a point of contact for clients regarding administrative queries • Maintain accurate records of contracts, NDAs, and other commercial agreements
🎯 Requirements
• Recent graduate in Business Administration, Engineering, Commerce, or related field • Interested in commercial support, sales operations, and mining technologies • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint • Basic understanding of mining and metallurgical processes • Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams
