• We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon Customer Support and Operations Specialist to join our team. • In this role, you will be responsible for managing Amazon accounts, ensuring policy compliance, optimizing product listings, and driving sales performance. • You will also oversee customer service tasks, manage inventory, and monitor key performance metrics to maximize efficiency and growth across platforms. • The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce, particularly in managing Amazon accounts, and a strong understanding of health and supplement products.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing Amazon accounts. • Strong understanding of Amazon's platform, algorithms, and best practices. • Proficient in using Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and other relevant tools. • Demonstrated success in driving sales and achieving growth targets on Amazon. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. • Strong organizational and project management skills. • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. • Highly organized, solution-oriented, and detail-oriented. • Ability to ask questions for clarification and tenacity in problem resolution. • Can create and follow SOPs. • Ability to handle various projects simultaneously. • Excellent English reading and writing skills (C2 preferred, C1 acceptable). • Must have fast internet and own a fast computer. • Experience with supplements or health products is advantageous.
