📋 Description

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Paid Search, paid Social, Native ads channels, Affiliates & Marketplaces (Ex: Google Ads, Meta, Bing, Taboola…) • Monitor and manage campaign budgets to ensure efficient allocation of spend, aligning with performance goals and operational constraints. • Create and adapt engaging ad assets using tools like Canva, Figma, and emerging AI solutions (e.g., MidJourney, Gemini, Veo-3, ChatGPT, or other generative AI tools) to accelerate creative production, generate variations, and improve ad performance. • Track campaign performance, report insights, and propose data-driven optimizations. • Manage day-to-day relationships with external marketing agency and partners to ensure performance goals are met. • Work closely with brand, product and operational teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives, provider availability, and brand messaging. • Design and implement A/B tests and other experiments to improve conversion rates, lower acquisition costs, and drive continuous improvement across campaigns. • Stay informed on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; a Master’s is a plus. • 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.). Experience in digital health or U.S. market familiarity is a plus. • Creative mindset paired with data-driven decision-making. • Meticulous attention to detail. • Strong communicator and collaborator. • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn. • Solid understanding of key marketing metrics (CAC, ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.). • Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools. • Creative affinity: we’re looking for someone who enjoys the creative side of marketing as much as the analytical side • Strong organizational and project management skills. • Fluency in English; French is a plus. familiarity with U.S. cultural nuances is a plus.
