📋 Description

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of a development team in the area of SAP Transportation Management (TM) • Design, development and implementation of innovative software solutions using ABAP OO in the SAP TM environment • Technical responsibility for developing and implementing customer-specific solutions and integrating them into existing SAP landscapes • Management and processing of change requests for existing customers • Close collaboration and coordination with consultants, business units, and external partners in national and international projects • Responsibility for quality management and technical implementation within projects • Promoting an agile, innovation-driven way of working within the team

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in (business) computer science, economics, or equivalent qualification • At least five years of experience in SAP ABAP development with a focus on SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) • Ideally initial leadership experience, or at least experience in the technical coordination of development teams • Solid experience in delivering complex development projects, ideally related to logistics or transportation management processes • Strong technical understanding, analytical skills, and a structured way of working • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
